
Pascal Schlee is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney with over 5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution, including strong competency in procuring international intellectual property rights.
His practice is focused on patent prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and European Patent Office (EPO), worldwide patent portfolio development and management, PCT applications, trademark filings and prosecution, patentability analysis, and general counseling on domestic and international IP strategies.
Pascal has represented clients across a broad range of technologies, including medical devices, hydrodynamics, optics, materials and chemical compositions, software and AI, autonomous vehicles, and consumer products.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, attending their evening program while working as a U.S. Patent Agent at Schlee IP during the day. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Polymer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to entering the legal field, Pascal earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. During his time there, he worked as a research assistant, focusing on stormwater treatment using constructed wetlands.
