Michele has more than 6 years of litigation and intellectual property experience. She is well versed in patent prosecution (domestic and foreign) and continues to develop her knowledge of intellectual property through European and International patent application work at Schlee IP. Michele’s past experience has been with large firms and includes patent and trademark infringement litigation focusing on research, extensive organization of documents and assistance during trial.
Through the California Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements for maintaining paralegal status, Michele continues to pursue education and the legal knowledge needed in the fast paced field of intellectual property.
