To avoid abandonment of the application, applicant must furnish within thirty months from the priority date:

1. Copy of the International application unless it has been sent to the USPTO by the IB
2. Translation (if PCT was not filed in English) (verification of translation only required if requested)
3. Oath or Declaration of inventor
4. Basic national fee
5. Search fee
6. Examination fee
7. Preliminary amendment (if needed)
8. Sequence listing (if needed)
9. Copy of amendments to the claims made under PCT Article 19 and translation into English – must be furnished not later than the expiration of 30 months from the priority date (Amendments not received by the 30 months date will be considered canceled.)
