German Utility Model
  1. Specification, claims and drawings (if any) on A4 paper
  2. Name and complete business address of applicant(s)
  3. Priority claim:
    Priority date(s) and country – declared within two months of filing
    Serial number(s) and uncertified copy/copies of the priority application(s) – must be filed within 16 months from the earliest priority date(s)
  4. No Power of Attorney is required unless required by the German Patent and Trademark Office
