Filing Requirements

International Patent Application (PCT)
  1. Specification, claim(s), abstract and drawings (if any)
  2. Name, residence, nationality and complete business address of the applicant(s)
  3. Complete name(s), residence, nationality and address(es) of the inventor(s)
  4. When claiming a priority:
    Priority date(s) and country
    Serial number(s) and a certified copy of the priority document(s) (certified copy of the priority documents(s) must be filed within 16 months from the earliest priority date(s)
  5. Power of attorney may be necessary
